For all cakes, I use a delicious traditional buttercream recipe. Again, the buttercream may be flavored with various extracts and creamers. For small cakes I can also ice the cake with flavoured whipped cream. For the icing I offer:
• Traditional buttercream
• Chocolate buttercream
• Lemon buttercream
• Banana buttercream
• Almond buttercream...and so on! |
For a more crisper and neater look I also use fondant on the cakes. The layer of fondant will lay on top of the buttercream icing. This will allow a more intricate design to be made. The fondant could be in different flavors:
• Vanilla
• Chocolate
• Princess cake and cookie emulsion
• Orange
• Almond |
